Blueprints in Black: Young Architects Mentor Day is a daylong workshop for aspiring young architects and those that have shown promise in their high school S.T.E.A.M. programs. The day will include group activities, a competition to design in ideal urban or rural environment, a tour of DuSable Museum’s Roundhouse, film screenings and hands on workshops. Attendees are encouraged to bring sample architectural drawings and project abstracts for individual and group review. This event is limited to 12 mentee participants. Lunch will be served.
