Yoshiharu Tsukamoto and Momoyo Kaijima founded Atelier Bow Wow in 1992. Based in Japan, the firm is known as much for their prolific theoretical research and publications as their light, multifunctional design aesthetic. Bow Wow leads a new generation of architects in Tokyo by focusing on the urban condition and the relationship between space and inhabitant.
