Studio Albori

Milan, Italy

Studio Albori, established in 1992 by Emanuele Almagioni, Giacomo Borella, and Francesca Riva, works on projects with particular attention to how energy and the environment intersect with everyday living. Recent work includes a solar-powered house and a school in the Italian Alps. The studio has participated in international exhibitions and conferences including the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2008 and 2014, Bienal Panamericana de Quito in 2012, and has organized community workshops in Naples, Rome, and Milan.
