A panel discussion on the occasion of the Chicago Architecture Biennial, organized by the Department of Art History, Theory, and Criticism at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in collaboration with the Department of Architecture at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
Biography of Speaker/Presenter: Speakers will include Martino Stierli, Mechtild Widrich, Shiben Banerji, Jorge Otero-Pailos, Mabel Wilson.
The collaboration is sponsored by the Eikones Institute of the University of Basel, Switzerland, and the Chicago panel is co-sponsored by the Shapiro Center for Research and Collaboration and the William Bronson and Grayce Slovet Mitchell Lecture Series of the the Department of Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Designed Objects at SAIC.
A second panel, "Going Global? The Global Institutions' Complex," will be held at MoMA in November 2015.
